1. Fill out the Rental Application below. One appliction is required for each possible resident over the age of 18.
Please type or write legibly.
2. $75 application fee per applicant to be paid by cash or money order.
3. Provide two recent months of bank statements.
4. Provide two recent months of pay stubs/ pay information.
5. Deliver entire application package to Ann Lee Realty, Inc.
located at 915 Oakfield Drive Suite H Brandon, FL 33511

6. Each applicant will receive an email to complete the application process.
You will receive this email by the end of the next business day.
7. Upon approval, there will be a $350 Lease Coordination Fee payable with your initial deposit.
